Mladenka Dominikovic

VP of Operations

Mladenka Dominikovic is the VP of Operations at PercAssist, where she oversees the critical functions of company operations and regulatory compliance. She brings over two decades of expertise in the medical device and biomedical industries. 

Mladenka has played an instrumental leadership role in guiding multiple companies from early-stage startups to acquisition. Notably, she served as the Director of Quality and Regulatory at Bacchus Vascular (acquired by Covidien) and C2 Therapeutics (acquired by Pentax Medical). 

Mladenka holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Split, Faculty of Law in Croatia.
